65 years old gentleman, diagnosed case of carcinoma rectum with liver metastasis. The patient received neoadjuvant chemo-radiation and showed partial response. The patient underwent laparoscopic low-anterior resection with laparoscopic liver metastasectomy and diversion loop ileostomy (stoma) in the same setting. The intra-operative and post-operative period was uneventful. The patient was discharged on 8^th post-operative day.
