60 years old lady, with adenocarcinoma of the right colon. A CT scan showed disease localized to cecum and no disease elsewhere. She underwent laparoscopic right hemicolectomy with D3 lymphadenectomy. The specimen was delivered with a small incision of ~ 5 cm. The intra-operative and post-operative period was uneventful and the patient was discharged on 6th post-operative day.
