50 years old gentleman, diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma with gastric outlet obstruction. On CT scan the disease was localized to distal part of stomach. The patient underwent upfront laparoscopic subtotal gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy and extracorporeal gastro-jejunal anastomosis. The intra-operative and post-operative period was uneventful. The patient was discharged on 7th post-operative day.
